Friday Chic: PJs For Work

2013.8.21LayeredWhile I haven’t been able to embrace printed pants (my sole attempt here) as they just aren’t completely my style, I am completely down with the PJ style pant, especially for work. I thrifted these black, high waisted pants and adore them. Seriously, wear with anything and you have instantly upgraded your outfit into something much more chic than jeans. For work, a black pant is always classic; the shape and material of these is what makes them stand out (plus they are just plain comfy). I also couldn’t resist a little layering of necklaces, both 2nd hand, that combined the best of all worlds: black with brown, gold and pearls. Somehow the mishmatch works!

  1. Cute! I need to check out the Clothes Rack. I haven’t been in there in a while. I love to thrift for housewares and furniture but you have just inspired me to check out the clothes.

  2. Thanks Alyson! The Clothes Rack on Cary is great! Tons of quality brands in good condition. I love thrifting for housewares/furniture too – what’s your go-to for those things?
